Kick Power

Getting sporty again. I bought a 10 time card for gym classes. Chi Pilates on Thursdays, Kick Power on Monday nights.

Chi Pilates already last Thursday. Relaxing, finding your inner harmony, exhausting for the muscles, sore legs the next day and... the best thing a wonderful relaxed back.


Kick Power yesterday... a class I did once a week 1,5 years ago. Thought I would die... I was dizzy and felt sick when changing from fast to very slow parts and found out I am so out of shape! But I finished the class...

Will go again next week. Hope my shape gets better soon!

Amsterdam

Last weekend I made a trip to Amsterdam to meet Dean and celebrate his birthday. It was quite spontanous, I booked the hostel on Tuesday, my flight on Wednesday.
Friday night was a blast! I arrived in Amsterdam, with a big smile on my face and an extremly good mood and one intention: party and have fun!
Dean, Verena and me met at Leidseplein went to a pub, had some Kebab (so nice) and to a couple of bars and ended it up dancing the night away in a Latin bar. After 3am back at the hostel, I dozed away...





The next day I woke up at 9 and had a stroll through the city, breathing in the fresh air of the morning, feeling the atmosphere of the city.
We went to Vondelpark for a walk and then to the Heineken experience afterwards. An experience you should not miss, a really interactive museum(?) - show of the brand. Some free beers and a small present included.

Later on we had some Indonesian food (see picture below). An explosion of spices and tastes in our mouthes.





Saturday night we continued our bar crawl ending up in a bar with life music and club music afterwards. Celebrating into Dean´s birthday... Happy Birthday again!!!

Sunday - Grachten tour, the Dam and window shopping. On the plane, back home!

What a wonderful weekend

Robbie Williams Tickets? Who queus?

I was waiting for the next Robbie Williams concert and thinking this time you get tickets... well, I planned for some time to go to Austria this weekend but well I thought I can use the Internet or Phone to try to get tickets...

But now, it is not working.. you have to stand in line at a train station in Switzerland... and I am in Austria that weekend.

Is anybody of you reading this, standing in line for tickets? If yes... any chance that you try to purchase a ticket for me as well...

Otherwise I hope to get some later on at Ebay...

Really want to see Robbie on stage in Ausgust in Bern!!!
