Kick Power
Getting sporty again. I bought a 10 time card for gym classes. Chi Pilates on Thursdays, Kick Power on Monday nights.
Chi Pilates already last Thursday. Relaxing, finding your inner harmony, exhausting for the muscles, sore legs the next day and... the best thing a wonderful relaxed back.

Kick Power yesterday... a class I did once a week 1,5 years ago. Thought I would die... I was dizzy and felt sick when changing from fast to very slow parts and found out I am so out of shape! But I finished the class...
Will go again next week. Hope my shape gets better soon!

Hey Gudrun, just read your Blog..and hey, Kick-Power is great! AM doing it was well, and thought that I would die yesteray! If you can, try out FIT BOXING..really really cool!
